Alluna was the goddess of light and dreams in Ashveil, She was an Allunae woman as the progenitor of the Allunae. Alluna regulated the day-night-cycle of the plane.
Alluna primarily manifests as an Allunae woman, large in stature, standing at just under 10 feet tall. From her back are 6 pairs of mothlike wings that emanate a strong incandescence. Alluna's Halo is in the form of a dreamcatcher, this simple dreamcatcher symbol made of light being a motif of her iconography, as well as her divine symbol.
Personality
Alluna stood mostly unique as a god in Ashveil, intentionally dropping her halo in order to suppress her radiance in order to have close interactions with her followers. She lived with an unabashed idealism, believing wholeheartedly in the goodness of the world, quick to forgive crimes and rarely holding grudges. This idealism served as a double edged sword, with a strong tendency to overlook the negative traits of a person or situation, focusing only on the positives. Ultimately this blind idealism got her into poor situations and led to her eventual death at the hands of Thalia Xerok.
Alluna often had intimate relationships with mortal heroes, who she referred to as her chosen. Blinded by infatuation she would idolize these individuals, giving unto them praise and respect while ignoring any negative traits they had.
Abilities
Dawn-Bringer
Alluna's true form gives off an overwhelming heat and blinding light. Every morning she flew to the peak of Kamastriia shining that light over the cliffs. This light triggered the bioluminescent flora of Ashveil to glow, creating a ripple of light that flows down the plane. This cycle served as the primary timekeeping measure of Ashveil. She was very consistent in this pattern, bringing dawn exactly every 30 hours.
Fame & Recognition
Temple of Alluna
Alluna has a temple in Kamastriia that she called home. She spent much of her time there acting as a maternal figure towards orphans, various children, and other followers who who visited and sometimes lived in the temple. Many followers of Alluna would become her maids and assist her in those duties. Since Alluna's death many of the maids became frightful, but a few of the most devout maids continued the legacy in the darkened church, forming Unnamed Maidens of Alluna.
Light-Bringer Catacombs
In the depths of Lower Ashveil, Alluna has built a catacomb to honor the memory of her former chosen after the frequently untimely deaths that befall them. This catacomb is rather sacred and known to a scant few individuals.
Alluna on one of her rare expeditions away from Kamastriia found a young Mossling named Sonia, who longed for the forests she called home. Alluna unable to help this lost creature find it's way out of Ashveil instead took pity on it, and decided to give it a dream where it could be in it's home. This dream then grew so fervently inside Sonia that moss and trees started to grow around her, rivers opened up and eventually the caverns she slept in became a lush forest known as Yosun Forest.
Alluna held connection with Sonia over the years, with the relationship between the two bleeding into their followers as well, with Kamastriia and Yosun being allied territories. After Alluna's death, Sonia's dreams grew fitful with nightmares, and a corruption has started bleeding into Yosun, corrupting the environment and inhabitants.
Her Chosen
Alluna in her time had many relationships with many chosen, who collectively blur together in regards to their impact on history with Alluna, acting almost more as a role or title as opposed to being a series of unique relationships.
